Service Description

Kayak rolling is a fundamental skill in whitewater kayaking and an invaluable skill in advanced coastal kayaking. Join Matt for one of Candlebox Kayaking's 4 hour rolling clinics and receive coaching in one of the most confidence inspiring skills in the sport. Matt has been coaching rolling for 10 years. He is a certified Paddle Canada kayak rolling instructor trainer. Training includes: - 4hrs of kayak rolling training with a Paddle Canada certified rolling instructor - High quality equipment including kayaks by Boreal Designs, and Jackson Kayak - Land based training to help participants visualize/understand the movements required for the skill What people are saying: "Had a great time with Matt. Cancellation Policy

All courses run at the discretion of instructors (mostly according to the weather). We do our best to provide instruction suitable to the conditions. We require 30 days notice for cancellation(s) of courses (excluding SKGABC guide training which is 75 days). Cancellations must be made via E-mail to info@candleboxkayaking.com. We reserve the right to cancel or alter any clinics or trips due to weather or insufficient registration. We do our best to reschedule. If any participant experiences symptoms of COVID-19 in the 14 days prior to training, the participant must cancel. We're happy to provide full credit to attend the same or similar training at a later date. If you cannot make it to a training location due to transportation disruptions or travel restrictions, we are pleased to provide a full credit for the same or similar training. As all outdoor activities involve risk, we recommend you obtain any personal, medical, and/or cancellation insurance that you may deem appropriate. Thanks.
